I lead live productions end to end; creative direction, executive production, and the technical backbone that holds a show together. My work spans pre-production (musical direction, repertoire development, cross-department coordination), technical production (live sound, microphone and stage plots, multitrack recording, and livestream), and post-production (editing and color grading for artist releases). As President of the Latin Association of Berklee Students, I also direct each show's visual identity and marketing; from photography direction and branding to social campaigns, while building and leading collaborative bilingual teams across every stage of production. My leadership experience ranges from managing intimate performances with small ensembles to overseeing large-scale productions involving 40 to 120+ people across creative, technical, and operational departments, ensuring that each team works cohesively toward a shared artistic vision.
The largest Latin music concert in Berklee College of Music history. With a cast of over 100 people, 3 months of preproduction and 1 month of rehearsals. Entirely led, arranged, and produced by the Latin Association of Berklee Students (LABS). Supervised musical direction, repertoire development, and cross-department coordination; ran full-cast rehearsals for over a month; and oversaw live sound, multitrack recording, and visual documentation, including the official flyer in collaboration with visual artist Gustavo Ramirez.
Tiny CAF was the second installment of LABS' intimate live performance series inspired by NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts, following the creation of Tiny Loft. Building upon the original concept, Tiny CAF expanded the series into a more modern and elevated live production, featuring a larger venue, a bigger ensemble, and a more developed visual and sonic experience. The project continued to provide a platform for Latin artists to showcase their original music through carefully curated performances designed for both live audiences and professional audio and video production. As the Creative Director and Executive Producer, I helped expand the creative vision of the series while leading the production from concept to execution. I oversaw artistic direction, production planning, artist coordination, stage design, and collaboration across creative and technical teams to create a polished live session experience that combined storytelling, high-quality production, and authentic artist expression.
Berklee's only live concert dedicated to Latin urban music, bringing together student artists for a high-energy celebration of the genre through contemporary live performance and production. As Executive Producer and Co-Creative Director, I helped shape the creative vision while leading the show's production from concept to execution. Together with the music team, we introduced playback tracks for the first time to better capture the sound and energy of today's Latin urban performances. We also incorporated a dance ensemble for the first time through a collaboration with the Boston Conservatory, expanding the visual storytelling and creating a more immersive concert experience.
The first installment of LABS' intimate live performance series inspired by NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts and one of the first showcases at Berklee focused on presenting original music by Latin artists. Created as more than a one-time live performance, the project was designed as a fully produced live session, combining high-quality audio recording, professional video capture, and post-production to preserve the performances as lasting audiovisual content. As the Creator, Creative Director, and Producer, I developed the concept from the ground up, shaping the show's artistic identity, visual direction, and overall production. I led the project from ideation to execution, overseeing artist coordination, production planning, stage design, recording logistics, and collaboration with creative and technical teams to create an immersive experience that highlighted both the artists and their original music.
Beyond the stage, I've organized masterclasses with visiting artists including Latin Mafia, Nano Stern, Paula Prieto, and Las Guaracheras.
